Contestants
participating in the Final Round of the Competition for Learning about
Intellectual Property Law in Dong Nai Province in 2023
The contest is organized
to bring intellectual property laws to life, helping to raise people's
awareness, especially young people, about intellectual property to avoid
violations of property regulations. Also, it helps encourage the creative mindsets,
the spirit of daring to think and do of young people and meet the requirements
of international economic integration in the coming time.
The contest is held in both
online and in-person formats. Round 1 of the contest is expected to be held in
3 phases, including Phase 1 in June 3-23, 2024; Phase 2 in July 1-21, 2024; and
Phase 3 in August 5-25, 2024.
After the weekly contests,
the organizers will select excellent contestants to participate in the final
ranking round.
2024 is the third year the
contest has been held in the province. Contest features Law on Intellectual
Property (Intellectual Property Law 2005); Law amending and supplementing some
of the articles of the Intellectual Property Law 2009; Law amending and
supplementing some of the articles of the Insurance Business Law, Intellectual
Property Law 2019; Law amending and supplementing some of the articles of the
Intellectual Property Law 2022; documents guiding the implementation of the
Intellectual Property Law and Dong Nai province's regulations and policies
supporting groups and individuals in protecting and developing intellectual property.
