Contestants presents their papers to the Panel of Judges
In the final round, the contestants drew lots to present
answers to one of the questions prepared by the Organizers and
answered direct questions from the Contest's Panel of Judges.
Based on the criteria of responses and presentation skills, the Panel of Judges scored and evaluated the
contestants' performances. Based on the scoring results of the Panel of Judges, the Organizers selected and decide to present one first
prize, two second prizes, three third prizes and 15 consolation prizes. The
first prize went to contestant Nguyen Thi Kieu Giang, from Thien
Tan Secondary School, Vinh Cuu district.
2024 is the 3rd year the contest has been organized in the province. The contest mainly
focuses
on the 2005 Intellectual Property Law and the 2009 amended and supplemented
Intellectual Property Law, along with documents guiding and implementing the laws.
Especially, the
province's policy in supporting groups and individuals in protecting and
developing their intellectual property.

The contest
is oragnized in order to bring Intellectual
Property Laws into life, helping to raise awareness of the people, especially
young people, about intellectual property to limit violations of Intellectual
Property regulations. At the same time, it encourages the spirit of creativity,
and can-do spirit of the young generation, meeting the requirements of
international economic integration in the time to come.
According to the Organizers, the Learning
about Intellectual Property Law Contest
2024
attracted 7,740 contestants, of which 2,694 were civil servants. The Student
group has 2,779 candidates and the open group has 1,635 candidates. Round I of
the contest was organized from June 3, 2024 to August 25, 2024 in
the form of weekly online competition, with 99 winners.
