- Organization and arrangement of DOST’s officials and employees;

- Emulation and rewarding activities and discipline.

- Planning, training, fostering and benefits;

- Complaints and accusation related to the implementation of tasks and benefits of DOST’s officials and civil servants;

- Management of science and technology potential development and investment projects;

- Basic construction and management of DOST’s projects;

- Financial and accounting tasks;

- Compilation, development and implementation of strategies, planning, programs and plans of science and technology development;
