In the final round, contestants will draw presentations to
answer 1 of 3 questions asked by the Organizing Committee and answer direct
questions from the Competition Jury.
Based on the criteria of responses and presentation skills,
the Jury scored the contestants' test scores. Based on the scoring results of
the Jury, the Organizing Committee selected and recognized one first prize; one
second prize; three third prizes and seven consolation prizes.

2023 is the second year the contest has been held in the
province. The contest aspects focus on the Intellectual Property Law 2005 and
the Intellectual Property Law amended and supplemented in 2009 along with
documents guiding and implementing the above laws. Especially the province's
policies to support groups and individuals in protecting and developing their intellectual
property.
The contest is aimed at bringing the Intellectual Property
Law to life, helping to raise people's awareness, especially young people,
about intellectual property to hinder the infringement of intellectual property
regulations. At the same time, it means to encourage creative mindsets and innovations
among young people and to meet the requirements of international economic
integration down the road.

The Organizers say that the 2023 Intellectual Property Law Contest
has attracted 7,428 contestants, including 3,450 contestants for officials and
civil servants. The Student category group has 2,147 contestants and the uncategorized
group has 1,432 contestants. Round 1 of the Contest was held from June 5, 2023
to August 27, 2023 in a weekly online format, there were 95 contestants claiming
prizes, of which there are 18 officials and civil servants, 59 students contestants
and 10 uncategorized contestants.
