The Party members of the Party Committee of DOST
studied the theme of “Studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology,
morality and style in 2020”
The Party Committee of DOST has 7 sub-Party
Committees with 10 levels of Party Committee and 115 Party members. In 2020, the
Party Committee has closely followed the resolutions of the provincial Party
Committee, the Work Program of the provincial People’s Committee, and the Party
Committee of the Provincial Bloc of Agencies to implement their tasks
successfully. In particular, it is essential to further disseminate information
and science and technology advances to businesses, business and production
facilities to make people and businesses fully aware of the efficiency of
applying science and technology to both production and life.
Studying, developing and applying science and
technology to the themes and projects at both grassroots and provincial levels
continue to develop and contribute to improving product quality and income and
increasing people’s living standards. Also, the successful implementation of the
science and technology program to assist organizations and businesses in

province’s socio-economic targets and so on.
Monthly meetings are maintained at sub-Party
Committees
In terms of the building of the Party, levels of
Party Committees have directed the effective implementation of the Secretariat’s
Directive no. 10-CT/TW; the Central Organization Committee’s Guideline no.
09-HD/BTCTW on both quality and contents of Party Committees’ monthly meetings.
Right now, 100% of sub-Party Committees have been able to maintain their order
and monthly meetings, accounting for an average of 95-100% of the Party members
participating in monthly activities.
In terms of the organization of monthly meetings, it
is necessary to increase quality and the principles of democratic centralization
must be promoted. Also, sub-Party Committees are supposed to pay regular
attention to and give directions on how to increase the number of Party members,
especially focusing on how to improve quality.
