The Provincial Innovation Index (PII) is a comprehensive tool reflecting the current state of socio-economic development of each provincial-level locality based on science, technology, and innovation. The 2025 PII index consists of 52 component indices, structured in seven pillars, including five input pillars and two output pillars.
