The People's Committee of Dong Nai province recently issued a document to departments, agencies, and localities regarding the implementation of Circular No. 1845/BTP-KSTT dated March 25, 2026 of the Ministry of Justice on the application of the Set of indicators for leadership, direction and evaluation of service quality to people and enterprises.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the People's Committee of the province requests departments, agencies, and localities to focus on receiving, resolving, and returning results of administrative procedure dossiers for citizens and businesses on the centralized Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System of central ministries and agencies, ensuring that the coordination, account management, and operational procedures are carried out in accordance with the guidelines of central ministries and agencies, and the roadmap for applying and providing online public services under the jurisdiction of provincial and commune-level authorities on the centralized Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System. He asks to regularly review the connection and synchronization of information on receiving and processing applications between the centralized Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System of ministries and agencies, the provincial Administrative Procedure Information System, and the National Public Service Portal. Departments and agencies are asked to collect feedbacks, difficulties, and obstacles from the People's Committees of communes and wards; exchange information with the focal points of agencies supporting the system implementation to promptly address issues during system use; and promptly report and seek guidance from the ministries and agencies in charge of the system on matters beyond their authority, while reporting to the Provincial People's Committee as prescribed. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Science and Technology to take the lead and coordinate with relevant agencies to connect and integrate the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System with the National Public Service Portal at the National Data Center, ensuring the synchronization of data on administrative procedures from the ministries’ and agencies’ systems for searching, exploiting, monitoring, statistically analyzing, summarizing, and evaluating the implementation of administrative procedures in the province as prescribed.
