Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology (DoST) has just issued the Plan for Controlling Administrative Procedures in 2026 to organize, implement, disseminate, and meet the objectives, requirements, and tasks in accordance with Plan No. 10/KH-UBND dated January 8, 2026 of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province; and also, strengthen the application of digital transformation in handling administrative procedures to create convenience and minimize costs for individuals and organizations involving administrative procedures under the Department's authority.

According to the plan, DoST will continue to promote comprehensive and substantive digital transformation in providing online public services and online payments; strictly implement the process of receiving and processing online applications; complete the connection and data sharing from national and specialized databases to facilitate the reduction and simplification of citizen and business documents and records. The Department comprehensively improves administrative reform assessment indicators, such as PARINDEX, PAPI, SIPAS, and PCI indices, contributing to enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of State management, and raising the satisfaction and trust among citizens, organizations, and businesses. Also, DoST has clearly defined the tasks and responsibilities of its offices or units in the process of controlling administrative procedures within the department.
