Over three days (August 8-10), in Hue City, the Central Youth Union, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Vietnam Young Informatics Association jointly organized the final round of the 31st National Young Informatics Competition 2025.
The contestants who won Second, Third, and Promising Prospect awards at the competition
The Dong Nai team, consisting of 8 contestants, excellently competed in the various categories of this year's National Young Informatics Competition. Specifically, 1 contestant competed in category A - programming for primary school students; 2 contestants competed in category C1 - programming for specialized high school students; 1 contestant competed in category D3 - creative products for high school students; 2 contestants competed in category M1 - mathematical thinking and algorithmic thinking for primary school students; and 2 contestants competed in category M2 - mathematical thinking and algorithmic thinking for secondary school students.
As a result, the Dong Nai delegation won 7 awards at the competition. Among them, Phan Hai Dang, from class 11A2, Luong The Vinh Specialized High School, won the second prize; and two other contestants, Phung Ngoc Nguyen Duc and Bui Viet Thanh, from the 12th grade specializing in Informatics, Luong The Vinh Specialized High School, won the third prize.
Four contestants won consolation prizes, including: Nguyen Gia Vinh, class 5/3, Quang Vinh Primary School; Cao Gia Bao, class 4/3, Trinh Hoai Duc Primary School; Duong Quoc Thien Ha, class 8/13, Tran Hung Dao Secondary School; and Truong Anh Quan, class 7A8, Tan Phu Secondary School.
In addition, contestant Duong Quoc Thai Bao, from class 4/8, Trinh Hoai Duc Primary School, won the Promising Prospect award.
