The training course aimed to equip businesses and establishments trading in gold jewelry and handicrafts with practical knowledge on technical and measurement requirements for scales according to Circular No. 22/2013/TT-BKHCN and Vietnamese measurement standard DVLN 16:2021; guidelines on implementing the declaration of applicable standards, quality control, and quality record keeping according to current regulations; and guidelines on product labeling in the gold jewelry and handicraft business according to Government Decree No. 43/2017/NĐ-CP, Decree No. 111/2021/NĐ-CP, and Circular No. 18/2022/TT-BKHCN of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
