Accordingly, the department sets the goal that 100% of administrative procedures, internal processes, and electronic administrative procedures under the department's jurisdiction will be issued, amended, supplemented, and repealed in a timely manner according to regulations; 100% of administrative procedures will be reviewed, submitted for publication, and fully and promptly disclosed on the national database in accordance with regulations; 100% of internal administrative procedures in the state administrative system will be reviewed, published, and proposals for simplification and implementation in the electronic space will be developed.
In addition, the plan is to simplify at least 10% of administrative procedures recommended for simplification; reduce by at least 20% the information that needs to be declared based on the reuse of digitized data; the rate of on-time processing of applications will reach at least 98%, at least 60% of administrative procedures with fees will be processed online; 100% of administrative procedures under the department's jurisdiction that meet the conditions will be provided online end-to-end and integrated and provided on the National Public Service Portal; and 100% of application procedures will be processed and received online end-to-end.
Moreover, 100% of administrative procedures related to businesses will be implemented online, smoothly, seamlessly, and efficiently, ensuring transparency and minimizing paperwork; the rate of providing end-to-end online public services out of the total number of eligible administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal is 80%. The rate of online applications out of the total number of applications received and processed for administrative procedures aims to reach 60%.
