On November 3, the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province organized a conference on “Guidelines for Establishing and Maintaining the Operation of Productivity and Quality Clubs” for Mien Dong College (Binh Phuoc ward) and Dong Nai High-Tech College (Long Thanh commune).
The conference held at Mien Dong College (Binh Phuoc ward)
Speaking at the conference, Mrs. Trinh Thi Hoa, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province, stated that one of the core factors to promote sustainable productivity is the young workforce, specifically students at universities and colleges. Equipping this generation with knowledge and skills in productivity and quality is a strategic investment for the future development of Dong Nai province.
The aim of the conference is to help schools understand how to operate a productivity and quality club. For schools that already have a productivity and quality club, the focus is on solutions for maintaining sustainable operations, developing in-depth specialized topics, and connecting the club with businesses in the area to transform knowledge into practical value. For schools that do not yet have a club, the conference provides detailed guidance on how to officially establish a club and the initial operating steps to quickly become an active member of the network. This will contribute to the formation of a network of productivity and quality clubs in the province, creating a learning and sharing environment for innovation for students.
“After the conference, the Department of Science and Technology is committed to continuing to support schools in establishing and maintaining productivity and quality clubs effectively, contributing to creating a generation of Dong Nai students with a spirit of productivity, ready for innovation,” emphasized Mrs. Trinh Thi Hoa, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province.
