Guidelines of innovation operation management in 2025 disseminated

On October 6, 2025, at the hall of the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province, the Department of Science and Technology continued to organize a conference to implement the management of innovation activities in Dong Nai province in 2025 for officials of People's Committees of communes and wards, and educational and training institutions from across the province.

In his opening speech, Mr. Vo Hoang Khai stated that in recent years, the innovation movement in the province has brought a number of positive results. Thousands of innovations have been recognized and widely adopted in many fields, resulting in practical benefits, helping save costs, and improving the quality of management and service to the community.

The conference scene
In order to improve the effectiveness of innovation management activities in accordance with the practical situation when reorganizing administrative units and building the two-tier local government organizational model, the Department of Science and Technology advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue its specific guidelines. Therefore, the conference was organized to implement and disseminate these guidelines to relevant agencies and units.
During the conference, officials from the Innovation Department (Department of Science and Technology) disseminated the specific contents of Guideline 3633/HD-UBND dated August 21, 2025, on the procedures for reviewing and recognizing the effectiveness of application and scalability of innovations; recognizing the effectiveness of application and scope of influence of scientific topics, scientific projects, and scientific and technological works in Dong Nai province.

According to the plan, six conferences will be organized to widely implement and disseminate innovation operation management to agencies and units throughout the province. Previously, five conferences had been held in Binh Phuoc ward, Long Khanh ward, Binh Long ward, the Continuing Education Center (Tran Bien ward) and the Area 11 Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center (Binh Phuoc ward).
